What tools are needed for assembly of The Lift?

A 3/4in wrench or a 3/4in socket and ratchet wench.

Is everything I need in the box to assemble The Lift?

When ordering online, everything you need to assemble The Lift comes in two separate boxes that will be shipped at the same time. You will need to purchase the roof rack, bike rack, luggage rack or cargo rack separately, or you can use the one you may already own. 

If purchasing in-store, be sure to measure the height of your ceiling in the mounting location prior to purchasing, so that you can determine the correct channel height. The height is measured from the top of the foundation to the ceiling. 

Can I assemble The Lift by myself?

Yes, The Lift can easily be assembled by one person with the correct tools. Top Shelf Storage Solutions recommends using two people to complete the install due to the weight of the parts at the top of the channel and ceiling.
