Did not get what I ordered
As I’ve stated in several phone calls to you and a previous email, I received the lift but never received the HM2 rack. I have to complete this project and since I can not get any response from you I will just purchase another rack from my local bike shop. Please refund me the cost of the rack.
Outstanding Product and Customer Service

Top Shelf 400-Top Value
A very well made product-the 400 design is well thought out and install straight forward. Alicia was terrific in responding to my questions and provided me with videos that made assembly/install a breeze. I purchased the cargo basket which will serve dual purpose for storage in the garage and transport packing off my Jeep. I am 75 years old and was able to get this done – only regret is that I didn’t have it sooner! I seldom write reviews, but this lift I want to recommend to others…

Great product! Ordered the 400 and install is very straightforward. Only took 1hr. Both Tabb and Alicia have provided stellar customer support all through the buying and install process. I’ve been searching for a while for a robust lift system for my eMTBs. By far, this has exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend!

Great bike lift (400)- I love it! Perfect instructions and easy to install. I mis-measured and Top Shelf made me a custom length for the channel to maximize the range on my wall. Ingenious design that has so many uses and it’s a real bargain. Looks amazing in the garage too! Thanks for the incredible customer service and cool product.
