Yes, you may return The Lift for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. The Lift must be in new condition and returned in all of its original packaging. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping The Lift.

If you would like to initiate a return within the first 30 days please email us at support@topshelfstoragesolutions.com.  Once we validate the date of purchase we will provide return instructions. Customer is responsible for paying all return shipping costs.
